Miss Wilkens draws upon her | past experiences as a fashion designer to fill “Here's Looking at You,” her new book, _brimful of advice to girls with problems. This expert, whose help we enlisted in behalf of the overweight girl, suggests as the mainstay of her winter wardrobe a dark-colored, doublebreasted suit with a hip-length jacket, a long slim skirt. The reason for such a choice, as shown left above, is that a dark color makes a - girk-loek less large and that a long Jacket and a_ « dong shim skirt malop in ait.
