More
THIS SMALL THREE-bed-room home is only 39 feet by 25 feet, and vet it contains more convenient living space than the average home this size. Building plans show the house built of brick, but fit would look equally well in horizontal wood siding or cinder block construction. You enter the house through a sheltered front door that opens directly into one corner of the living-dining area. To the left of the entrance is a wall closet, nd to the right is a large natural wood fireplace with built-in book shelves along one side. The large corner windows give this room an exceptionally pretentious appearance. . » » YOU. GO directly from the dining area into a well planned oblong kitchen. This kitchen has a picture window across all of one end which gives it a very spacious and airy look. There is ample room at this end for a table and four chairs for an auxiliary eating space, if so desired.
