Two-Thirds Return - For New Season

Names of Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra personnel for the coming season were announced today by Fabien Sevitzky, orchestra conductor. More than two-thirds of last year's orchestra will return to their accustomed places when the 12th major season opens with its first rehearsal Monday, Oct. 25 Lenn ‘Zawisza, conc ertmaster since 1938, with time out for military service, will serve as assist ant conductor for the season.
