For Indiana Miners Pension payments to eligible soft coal miners have begun in the Indiana area, Louis Austin, president of District 11 of the United Mine Workers of America, reported today. Twenty-five members of the receive checks for $100 a month from the -union’s welfare and retirement fund, Mr. Austin said.
