Ex-Gl to Wed Egyptian After He Cuts Red Tape
NEW YORK, Sept. 20 (UP)— Herschel D. Regan, of Thomas. ville, Ga., and his Egyptian war fiancee, Efthalie Kyriakidou, 23, will be reunited today as soon as the banks open and he can get the money to pay her $500 admittance bond to the immigration service. Miss Kyriakidou, who last saw Mr, Regan six years ago when he was stationed with the Army in Cairo, arrived yesterday on the 88 Khedive Ismail.
