WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 (UP) Congressional sources predicted today that the next Congress will
be asked to outlaw collective bar-
‘gaining on pension plans.
The proposal was knocked out of the Taft- Hartley Act before} ‘final passage. But a spokesman for. Rep. Fred A. Hartley Jr. AR. N. J.), said it will probably {be revived as a result of yester‘day's decision by tha U, 8. circuit court of appeals in Chicago. The court unanimously held that pension plans are a proper subject for collective bargaining ibetween employers and unions. i1t ordered Inland Steel Co. to bargain with United Steelworkers (CIO) on the union’s pension demand when the union officers file ‘non-Communist affidavits.
