Don’t use the wax on tablewear, however, as it does not taste yery good. Holes in canvas awnings can!’ be patched by cementing a patch to the underside with rubber cement. Heavy accumulations of paint can be sanded off quickly, but if [the sash has expanded or the frame has moved, a little planing {may be in order. Do this job ever so gently belcause it's so easy to take off too {much wood and this results in a sash that is not weatheftight and will rattle on windy days.
