Paul M. Rosi, former executive director of the State Department of Commerce and Public Relations, has been appointed director of the Indianapolis Foundation. ’ He succeeds Eugene C. Foster who directed the foundation for nearly 30 years and will assume his duties in September, Mr. Ross is now chairman of the advisory committee of the State Department of Commerce and Public Relations. Thomas D. Sheerin, chairman of the board of trustees of the foundation, announced Mr. Ross’ appointment. The foundation was established in 1916 and since then has received a total of $3 million in gifts and bequests which it has used for charitable and educational purposes.
