Company Says Union Creating New Issues
Tension increased today in the tug-of-war between the International Harvester Co. and UAW strikers. The company fired a blast at union negotiators, charging that they were giving more effort to creating new issues than settling the contract before them. The charges were made in an open letter to all strikers and was signed by the works managers of the six International Harvester plants. Pay Day for Strikers This morning was pay day. A
