Little David Decision Due A decision In the three months long dispute over the custody of Little David Walker, 13-year-old boy preacher, was scheduled this afternoon in Juvenile Court. Court Referee Lawrence Hinds, who heard the case more than a month ago, said he will rule on the petition brought by the boy's parents who charged that Little being neglected and his health impaired under a guardianship arrangement.
