By JAMES M. HASWELL : Times Special Writer WASHINGTON, July 21-—~The extra session of Congress which President Truman has called will cost $222,000 directly, and an undetermined amount indirectly. The $222,000 is the mileage the senators and répresentatives will pay themselves at the rate of 20 cents a mile. Most of the Congressional employees are paid on an annual basis, so the extra session will not entitle them to additional compensation.
