CRAWFORDSVILLE, July 16— Montgomery Circuit Court Judge Howard Sommer today issued a restraining order against two officials and 10 members of the striking AFL Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butchers Workmens Union here. The ban forbids Local 167, Indianapolis, to engage in violence or sabotage in its eight-day-old strike against the Sam Harris Packing Co. A hearing on a permanent injunction will be held here at 10 a. m. Monday. Several minor flareups have marked the walkout, which first involved more than 60 employees who demanded pay increases and improveded working conditions.
