Requiem high mass will be sung for Coxswain Frederick C. Carr, who died in action in the English Channel Apr. 28, 1944, at 9 a. m. Monday in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Burial will be in Crown Hill. He was 22. Coxswain Carr, who was born in Indianapolis, was the son of Mr. and Mrs. John H. Carr, 801 W. 53d St. He attended St. Joan of Arc School, and Technical and Shortridge High Schools. Prior to his Naval service he worked in the special delivery division of the Indianapolis Postoffice.
