James Allen, 38, 1014 Colton died in General Hospital : today from a bullet wound whieh “he received in a quarrel July 4. Police investigating the report of a shooting last Sunday evening were approached by Joe Thurman, 58, 1137 Patterson St., , Who said “I have just shot a man.” They found Mr. Allen on . the ground 150 feet from the Patterson residence.
