State Adjutant General Howard Maxwell said that, in the opinion of most Hoosier Army men, Atterbury is better suited for use in the new training program than some of the camps selected. At present some 150 soldiers from Camp Campbell, Ky. are readying portions of the camp for use by Ohio and Indiana National Guard for summer maneuvers.
2 Youths Admit 24 Burglaries
Detectives said today two youths have admitted staging 29 burglaries in Indianapolis during the past year. The pair was captured yesterday by deputy sheriffs after they were leaving Lee's Barbecue, 3633 W. 16th St., with their arms full of cigarets. They gave their names as Orville Earl Whitted, 20, of 920 English Ave, and John E. McClure, 19, of the Seminole Hotel. In their statements they said most of the burglaries were small. However, they said they took $650 from Bernice's Res-
