ROME, June 29 (UP)—The Milan Chamber of Labor called a strike of all bakers and dairy workers there tomorrow, and the Communist-controlled unions appeared to be starting a full dress attack on the Marshall Plan. © Police said they would have army support in guarding shops and dairy stores if the owners want to open in defiance of the strike. : The Confederation of Labor call the strike as a protest against failure to settle a monthold strike at a candy and canning factory in Milan which started over layoffs.
