Harry Frankel Dies :

After Recording Imes State Serviee RICHMOND, June 14—Services fop Harry Frankel, radio's “Singin’ Sam,” will be heid at 2:30 p, m. tomorrow in Klute Funeral Home here. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. He was 59. “Sam” literally sang his last) song Saturday. He had just fiz« ished a transcription for broadcast when he suffered a heart attack and died a short time later in Reid Memorial Hospital. Mr. Frankel, whose trademark was his slow speech and deep, melodius voice, died with his wife, “Smiles,” by his bedside.
