A life-long resident.of Indianapolis, Mr, Irwin died Sunday in the home of a son, Morris Egan, “at 327 N. Arsenal Ave, 'He was 70. Employed by the Indianapolis Athletic Club at the time of his death, he farmerly was - superintendent of Holy Cross Cemetery for 35 years. Survivors are two other sons, Irwin P. Egan, Indianapolis, and Vincent J. Egan, Wauwatosa, Wis.; a daughter, Mrs. Eleanor Brethauer, Riverton, N, J,, and three grandchildren.
