of one of his horses. The action by the Metropolitan Jockey Club came on the heels of the famed ex-jockey's Monday on a federal charge of possessing narcotics. Sande’s foreman, Eugene Donaldson,” and one of his grooms, Francis Booth, received 30-day suspensions. Sande had admitted he ordered the foreman to give the horse a shot of “kola” but
