NEW YORK, May 4 (UP)-Da-vid Sarnoff, president of the Radio Corp. of America, predicted to-

He said it was possible that a coast-to-coast television network will be in operation early in 1950. There are 25 television stations on the air today and 40 more are under construction; he said...
