Bad Weather Warning Ignored by Pilot Times State Service KOKOMO, Apr. 14—Three residents of Decatur, Ill, were killed shortly after 6 a. m. today when their private plane crashed five miles southwest of Kokomo. The victims were identified as R. E. Bryan, the pilot; his mother, Mrs. Viola Bryan, and his grandmother, ‘Mrs. Loda Fry.
