Miss Gatica, torn by the dilemma of a career and a coming baby, disappeared without warning Friday. Her husband, Curtis E. Fell, advertising man, found her last night working as a housemaid. The 27-year-old Chilean beauty thereupon gave notice both to the Hollywpod housewife who employed her and to the swanky Mocambo night club where she recently opened an engagement. During her four days doing housework, she said, she had decided to give up her career for the child.
