Dr. Thoburn T. Brumbaugh, associate secretary of the board of missions, New York, will address the Indianapolis District Conference Wednesday in the Irvington Methodist Church. Dr. Brumbaugh will speak at 5 p. m. The conference will open at 10 a. m, and continue through the dinner hour, closing with an 8 p. m. session. Dr. Sumner L.
