Police Not Content With Test on Crawley
The first “truth serum” {est to be given in a police case here drew varying opinions today concerning its value. High police officials said they |“don’t think much of the test” undergone yesterday by 23-year-old Samuel Crawley, principal; |suspect in the 18-mopth-old slay{Ing of Nurse Alberta Green. | The physician who adminis{tered the drug, pentothal sodium, jacknowledged that Crawley was ithe “worst subject I have had.” {The physician had wide experijence with the drug while attached to the Arniy medical corps as a |psychiatrist.
