Contest which offers $1460 in prizes. You don't have to complete your entry clothes until Apr, 19. That's the day they are to be delivered to a downtown location which will be announced in The Times. First thing to do is fill in the official Registration Blank and mail it to The Times. That is; necessary to get into the cone test. Women and girls of all ages who live within the circulation area of The Times may coms pete, except employees of The Times and members of their families and professionals. Entrants may submit any number of items of apparel in any number of classifications. Garments will be returned, The decision uf the judges will be final, First place garments in local judging will be sent to New York for consideration in the national contest. First place winners in the national will get a three-day all-expense-paid trip to New York City. An Indianapolis winner would win as much as $250, plus the free trip, if she also wins first place in any of the eight classi cations in New York. Second place winners in local compe tition get $20.
