Spring Vacation Plans Claim Attention Of Students at Out-of-Town Schools

Blind School Plans Show

Legion News— Units to Have Card Party
A number of American Legion Auxiliary units will be active Tuesday night. Patients at the Veterans Hospital will be entertained with a card party sponsored by the Irvington, Indianapolis Railways and Oaklandon Service Units, Prizes will’ be awarded to winners of card games and cigarets will be distributed to all patients. Mesdames Joseph Smith, Clara Benes and Olive Mills are rehabilitation chairmen for Irvington; Indianapolis Railways and Oaklandon Service Units, respectively. At 6 p. m. Tuesday, members of the Irvington Auxiliary will meet for a covered dish supper in the post home. Mrs. Herman E. Bobbe is chairman. She will be assisted by Mesdames George Bolds, Marlin Craig, J. Clark Espje, Sterling M. Harvey and Arthur R. Robinson. A “white elephant” sale will follow the dinner. Mrs. Willam T. Ricketts will be in charge.
