Mr. Clegg explained, “but to do con- . structive work for the public good and to co-operate with city officials in their endeavor to discharge their duties in the enforcement of laws.” % Invitations have been mailed to various holders of public office, including the Mayor, the chief of police, the chairman of the board of safety, judges, the prosecutor and various other officials. A club for the study of lip reading has been organized in In-! dianapolis. An Easter party will be given for the men and women of the Julietta County. Home at 1:30 p. m. Mar. 25 by the health and public welfare committee of the Indianapolis Countil of Women.
