Last year the Cincinnati entry in the tourney won the national (tournament at Los Angeles. Other cities represented in the finals were Manchester, N. H., San Diego and Little Rock. Dale. Miller of the National American Legion department, Ted Sullivan, business manager of the Indianapolis Baseball Club, and representatives of the local newspapers, also will attend tonight's meeting.
