e Mix and sift the flour with soda, salt and spices. Add the fruits and nuts and mix well. Mix suet with sugar, add coffee and eggs, stir in bread crumbs and combine with first mix. ture. Mix thoroughly and pour into a greased 2-qt. pudding mold. Cover tightly. Steam 3 hours. Remove cover and steam uncovered until top is dry, Serve hot with sauce. It may be made weeks ahead, re-covered after cooling and stored in the refrigerator. Reheat by steaming at least half an hour, 12 servings.
