Fifth Man Held . In $4000 Theft

‘Finger- Man’ Under Guard in Hospital

. TERRE HAUTE, Nov. 6 (UP)— Police -today held four men they believe were responsible for the $4000 robbery of Dr. W. W. Wheat at Roseland, Ind, Nov. 4, and a fifth suspect was held under guard at a hospital. . Harold Roseberry, state police de-' tective, faced a two-or three month fonvalescence, doctors said,. for-a broken back he received while ar~ resting four of the men Tuesday. | “Mr. Roseberry was shoved to the ground by Ollie Lowe, 29, Indianapolis, after the detective had stopped a car in which Lowe, Roy O. Arthur, Oran L. Arthur, both of: Eadsville, Ky, and Walter L. Arthur, 34, Greenwood, Ind, were riding. Mr. Roseberry shot Lowe twice ffi the thigh, and then arrested the men with the help of Terre Haute police, City police arrested a fifth sus-' pect yesterday. They said Sam L.
