Mr. Shufflebarger, a DePauw University graduate of 1946, said his $5 first prize check Is the first he has won in a photo contest. He| also had an entry in the fourth week of The Times contest. He| started his hobby 18 months ago. Entries for the 14th weekly contest must be in The Times office or postmarked by -midnight Friday.
