Dr. Donald Lee Colglazier, 520 W. 44th St. died today in his home. He was 47. Dr, Colglazier, a native of Salem, Ind, had been a resident of Indianapolis five years. A graduate of Purdue and Indiana Universities, he was a member of Phi Chi medical fraternity, and Delta Xi social fraternity. He was a member of the Indianapolis Medical Society, Salem Masonic Lodge, and the Paul Coble Post 26, American Legion. : He served three years. with the Army Medical Corps in World War II. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Phyllis I. Colglazier; a daughter, Sarah Jane Colglazier; a son, David Lee Colglazier; his mother, Mrs. Lulu Colglazier, - Salem; a sister, Mrs. Vaughn Atwood, Jeffersonville, and two brothers, Chester Colglazier, Salem, and Capt.
