Combination Is Good For Various Meals By JEAN TABBERT ACCENTED with crisp celery, radishes and a fruit dessert, curried eggs with rice will give any meal a distinctive appeal. The combination could be used for a Sunday supper or as a quick menu for an after-theater party. With such & meal in mind, add about six eggs to the simmering water when you are~ preparing eggs for breakfast or for another dish. HArd-cooked in 20 minutes, eggs peel readily when plunged into cold water. This method prevents overcooking and the consequent harmless but unattractive green-edged yolk. If prepared in advance, store the peeled hard-cooked eggs in a covered bowl in the refrigera-
