Davis, 29, of Oklahoma City, was wanted- for obtaining $43,000 in mortgages on two tractor-trailers he owned. He had mortgaged them for $20,000 to a Phoeniz, Ariz, bank, for $13,000 in Los Angeles and had borrowed $10,000 from the Shawnee bank. Other cities also have reported swindles.
