Rites for Dr. Egbert S. Hess, veterinarian, wgre to be at 2 p. m.| today in Trinity Methodist church,| | Kentland. Burial will be in Shronts cemetery, Momence, Ill Dr. Hess, a former chief inspect. or in'the state veterinarian's office, died Tuesday at the home of a lcousin. He was 69.
