Shake of Vincennes, Ind. will be the presiding judge. - Judge Shake is a former chief justice of the Indiana supreme court. Other judges in the case are to be Paul M. Hebert of Baton Rouge, La, and James Morris, Bismark, N. D. Clarence B. Merrell of Indi-

Officers of Booth Tarkington Civic Association, Inc, were elected at the formal incorporation meeting last night at Tarkington park. Elected were A. W. Brayton Jr. president; Mrs. Clara E.
