Communist party members and sympathizers, missing from state files may have been stolen, assistant secretary of state Ray Yeoman said yesterday. A Mr, Yeoman sald the missing documents are affidavits certifying that a state convention of the Com-
munist party was held in 1944. The names of the “duly qualified electors” who signed the affidavits were missing, he said.
