5 U.S. Priests Appointed Bishops

WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 (U. P,).— Five American priests” have been appointed Catholic bishops, the |B. Apostolic delegate announced here today.

Abel Caillouet, Baton Rouge, La., who was named titular bishop of Setea and auxiliary to Archbishop Joseph F. Rommell, New Orleans. Msgr. Roman R. Atkielski, Milwaukee, Wis, who was appointed titular ishop of Strabi and auxiliary to Archbishop Moses E, Kiley, Milwaukee, Msgr. James A. MENulty, Newark, . J, who was appointed titular bishop of Methone and auxiliary to Archbishop Thomas J. Walsh, Newark.
