He was a trustee emeritus of the Broadway Kethodist church. Survivors are his wife, Lillian; a daughter, Mrs, Robert D, Howell, Indianapolis; two brothers, John O. Cottingham, Indianapolis, and Henry O. Cottingham, Noblesville, and two grandchildren. Services will be at 3 p. m. tomorrow in the Flanner and Buchanan mortuary. Burial will be in Crown
Hill Todd E. Rhudy Todd E. Rhudy, a fireman for the’ New York Central railroad, died yesterday. in his home, 419 St. Peter st. He was 45. - He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trauinmen and the Eagles. Survivors are his wife, Anna: two daughters, Norma Jean and Inez; his father, John E. Rhudy, all of Indianapolis; his mother, Mrs. Emery Slough, Green City, and a sister, Mrs. Birlie Wyckoff, Indianapolis.
Services will be at 4:30 p. nv.

Born in Connersville, he had lived here 17 years and was a veteran of world war II. Bervices will be at 3 p. m. tomorrow in J. C. Wilson Chapel of the Chimes. Burial will be at Mt. Zion, Ky. : Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert K.
