EM. Souder Dies;

KOKOMO, Ind, July 24 (U. P).— Edwin M, Souder, editor of the Kokomo Tribune since 1919, died unexpectedly last. night in St. Joseph

‘Mr. Souder celebrated his 50th

expense-paid trip to any part of the world. He was to have gone fo England. this fall. A native Hoosier, Mr. Souder Joined the Tribune in 1897 as a “temporary” reporter. He was a graduate of Wabash college, where he majored in law.

Funeral services will be held ‘ Saturday.

Mr. Souder was in excellent health until Tuesday, when he left work early complaining of feeling 4ll. He was taken to the hospital yesterdsy morning and failed rapidly, Death was due to intestinal
