Missouri Lutherans Doubt Co-operation

CHICAGO, July 22 (U, P.).~Dr. John W. Behnken, president of the Missouri synod, Lutheran church, said today there were “few projects” in which the Missouri synod could co-operate successfully with the Lutheran world federation and the national Lutheran council, Dr. Behnken's statement opened what is expected to become one of the major controversies of the Missourl synod's week-long centennial convention.
