Mr. Mendenhall, who was 55, was born_in Eagletown and had lived here 25 years. He was employed as & maintenance foreman at the Richardson Co, for 11. years and was a member ‘of United Rubber, Cork, Linol and Plastic: ‘Workers * of America (C. 1. 0.) 204. He belonged to the Brookside Evangelical United Brethren church.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Grace Mendenhall; a daughter, Mrs. Rosa Parson, Webb City, Mo.; four sisters, Mrs. Rufus Jobe, Mrs. Clyde Small and Mrs. John Dotridge, all of Westfield, and Mrs. Harry Morris of Lapel.

Mrs. Frances M. Perry died last night a few minutes after she collapsed on the stairway of a downtown theater. Deputy Coroner Leonard Cox said cause of death was a heart attack.
Mrs. Perry, who was 70, was a lifelong resident here and lived at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edith J. Kimmel, 346 S. Lyons st. Besides her daughter, she is survifed by a sister, Mrs. Fred Otto, Ben Davis. . :
