Mr. Minkner, who was 76. was a precision fitter at the Dean Hill Pump works and was a lifelong Indianapolis resident. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ethel Bridget, Indianapolis; three sons, John W., Ernest H. and Fred W. Minkner, all of Indianapolis; a sister, Mrs. Matilda Lentz, Indianapolis, and a brother, Leo J. Minkner, Los Angeles, Cal.
