| Prank P. Flaherty, 40 N. Jefferson ave, stationary engineer 43 years for the Indianapolis Power & Light Co. until 1043, died yesterday in @ nursing home. He was 68. Born in Ireland, Mr. Flaherty was a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Holy Cross Catholic church, and the Holy Name society of Holy Cross church. Services will be held at 10:30 a. m. Saturday in Blackwell funeral homg and at 11 a. m. in Holy Cross church. Mr. Vincent, who was 47, was veteran of world war I, and worked in a post exchange at Ft. Harrison during war II. He lived here 11 years and previously resided in Evansvillee He was a former emPloyee of . the Eureka Vacuum er Co.

Mrs. Grace E. Sparks Services for Mrs. Grace E. Sparks, who died Tuesday in her home, 759 N. Shortridge rd, will be held at 10:30 a. m. tomorrow in Shirley Brothers Irving Hill chapel. Burial will be in Memorial park cemetery. Mrs. Sparks, who was 55, was born in Elwood, lived here 50 years, and was a member of the Fourth Church of Christ, Scientist. Survivors are her husband, S. J. Sparks; a sister, Mrs. Clara Powell, and two brothers, Prank and Roy Albright, all of Indianapolis.
Mrs. Mary Deerberg Mrs. Mary Deerberg, a life resident here, died today in her home, 1511 English ave. She was 75. She was a member of the Zion Evangelical and Reformed church and the Ladies Aid society of the church. Services will be conducted at 1:30 p. m. Saturday in the G. H. Herrmann Funeral home, with burial in Crown Hill Survivors are a son, Henry F. Deerberg; a daughter, Miss Helen
Deerberg; a sister, Mrs. Christina
Brandt, and a brother, Cruse, all of Indianapolis.

Burial will be in Cartersburg. Mrs. Rennard, who was 85, was born in Missouri and had lived here since early childhood. She was a member of Fairfax Christian church. Survivors are a son, Samuel Rennard, and a daughter, Mrs. Mabel A. A native of Milton, Ky, he had lived here 25 years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Vada Wise; five sons, Reymond, Cecil, Goeble, Larry and Marshall Wise; two stepsons, Calphus and Quentin Brown, all of Indianapolis, and two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Hadley, Indianapolis, and Mrs. Hazel Herrod, Milton, and a brother, James Wise, Indianapolis. Services will be held at 2 p. m. tomorrow in the Barclay & Wood funeral home in Milton, Ky. with burial in Moffett cemetery there.
