Expect Garsson Denial Of Bribe Charges Today
WASHINGTON, June 2 (U. P.). ~Dr. Henry M. Garsson was expected to enter a blanket denial today of charges that he and his brother Murray conspired to pay former Congressman Andrew J. May $53,000 in bribes for obtaining them favored treatment on war contracts. His - testimony probably will be highlighted by a fight over the | record established by the Garsson munitions empire which handled $78 million in war contracts. Every attempt thus far by the Garssons and May to tell the jury
firms did in performing army contracts has been ruled out as immaterial by Federal Judge Henry A.| g Schweinhaut.
