Lustgarten and Bayt To Reopen Law Offices.
Paul R. Lustgarten and Philip L. Bayt today announced reopening of their law offices under the firm name of Lustgarten & Bayt in the Pennway bldg, 241 N, Pennsylvania st. Mr. Lustgarten, a veteran of world war II, recently resigned as Indianapolis area rent attorney to
