Bill is the son of Francis Insley, $58 N. Audubon rd. He tries to see all the professional puppet shows and is interested in dramatic work at Howe. After college, Bill hopes he'll be heading west—not with his 15 puppets, perhaps, but on to life-size stages, in Hollywood.
