’47 Indiana Mother To Leave for N. Y.
Indiana's Mother for 1947, Mrs. W. W. Reedy, 3663 N. Pennsylvania st., will attend a reception in the Waldorf-Astoria hotel in New York Friday afternoon.. She will leave Indianapolis tomorrow. The reception will honor Mrs. Frederick G. Murray, Iowa, who was selected the American Mother for 1947. Tt is being given by the American mothers committee of the Golden Rule foundation. “Mothers of America for the United Nations” will be the theme of the reception, Mrs. Reedy said.
