High School Bands * Featured on Program
Two concerts this week at Soldiers’ and Sailors’ monument are among events announced by the park and recreation department in celebration of Music week. "The Lawrence Central high school band, Karl Sargent directing, will be heard at the monument at 4:30 p. m. today in a program sponsored by the National Federation of Music clubs, Mrs. Frederic Sterling, dis-| ttrict president. : Under the same sponsorship, the!
