Mr. Aleman and Mr. Truman will greet each other in brief speeches to be broadcast around the world. The two Presidents then will proceed to the District of Columbia building—the capital's “city hall"— in downtown Washington, where Mr. Aleman will receive the traditional keys to the city. The parade to the district building will proceed down historic Constitution ave. past thousands of flag-waving spectators. Government workers will be released in time to witness the parade.
